Can I edit or cancel my order?

My item arrived damaged or incorrect—what should I do?

We’re so sorry! Please email us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@jokul.store with your order number and a photo. We’ll make it right.

Are your products safe for babies?

Absolutely. All of our clothing is made with baby-safe materials and designed for comfort. That said, babies should always be supervised while wearing any clothing or accessories.

Do you offer gift packaging or personalized notes?

Not at the moment, but we’re working on it. If you’re sending a gift, feel free to let us know—we’ll be sure to pack it neatly!
