1. Returns

  • You’re welcome to return an item if
  • It’s brand new—never worn, washed, or used. 
  • Tags are still attached, and the item is in its original condition. 
  • You contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. 
  • The item is sent back in its original packaging, if you still have it. 
❌ What You Can’t Return 

We’re unable to accept returns if:

  • The item has been worn, cleaned, or has indications of wear. 
  • Tags are missing or omitted. 
  • You contact us more than 30 days after delivery. 
  • The item is customized, personalized, or a gift card. 
  • The item was damaged because of inappropriate care and handling.

1. Send us an email! 

Write to support@jokul.store and include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and a brief explanation. 

2. We’ll get back to you. 

You’ll hear from us within 1 business day with return instructions. 

(If the item was incorrect or damaged, we’ll cover return shipping. Otherwise, shipping is on you.) 

3. Send it back securely. 

Pack the item carefully and use a trackable shipping method—we don’t want it getting lost on the way back!

2. Refunds

βœ… What You Can Request a Refund For 

We will provide a refund if your return fits the following requirements:

You received the incorrect item, or anything arrived damaged (and you notified us within days).

We let you know when an item you ordered is out of stock and cannot be sent.

We cannot issue a refund if the item does not meet our return standards.

  • The 30-day return period has elapsed.
  • The product is not returnable (such as a gift card or personalized item). 
  • The damage was caused by improper use or care.
  • The item was not returned to us.

  2. Processing: We will inspect the items and process your request within 7 business days. After our review, we will notify you whether your refund has been accepted.

  3. Receive Your Refund: If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
